I can't fault Will and his team for being passionate, helpful and very good at what they do. I have tried virtually all tinctures they have and use the 5-in-1 daily as part of my health protocol. I actively look forward to taking it in the morning for boost. I do think it is helping me sleep better, I also think it is helping with my AF, my HR seems more settled. Still early days, started end of November.
I have not been taking it long enough to know if it is working, so can't really say.

Been using this tincture for a few months now, really helps with my Fibromyalgia symptoms assisting me daily with standard parenting duties, mental clarity and endurance. I grabbed the biohacker stack, loving the effects from these products, I feel fantastic now having experimented with each of them, my personally only 2 complaints would that the chaga is the worse tasting one of all in anything you place it in and that you need something strong to overpower the almost sour alcohol. I feel it would help new and existing buying to give them a guide on when best to consume, and the affects of alcohol on the human body ( vasel constriction and blood flow, although with such low amounts itspractically nil) overall these products are the best in terms of biodiversity, bio absorption and affects/ strength to a ratio of 1:3, overall happy customer.

Really convenient to get the benefit of 5 mushrooms in 1 dose. Subscription system is also user friendly - I decreased to once every 2 months as I now take reishi instead every other day (which isn’t included in this bottle?)

i’m aware birch is helpful for your immune health, but i didn’t know expect the results i have had. since taking birch i’ve not been ill at all, and i just overall feel a lot healthier in myself. i used to have gut issues post travelling and i believe it was linked to microbial issues in my gut. since taking the birch alongside the other mushrooms my gut health has improved substantially! i swear by this product especially if you are often prone to illness, allergies, feel like your immune system could do with a boost, but also for gut health too!
Used to take collagen supplements for my skin and all sorts of gummies for hair and nail health but now i’ve just switched to shiitake every morning. i’ve been taking this every day for a month and i notice my complexion has improved substantially i just overall look a lot healthier and feel a lot healthier from the inside out. i would recommend this as a healthier alternative to taking collagen it’s also more ideal as i can just add it into my morning coffee no hassle.
you can tell the product is very good quality. i’ve been taking for about a week now and i already feel an improvement in my gut inflammation and my sinusitis. i swear by chaga for inflammation and will be continuing to take this daily!
I feel like i no longer need my morning coffee and have sufficient energy throughout the day, even when i am pre menses (when i usually have no energy at all) it keeps me energised and also helps with my PMS symptoms!
