I bought the Reishi at the HOS last week and I have been taken it since. The effect in my sleep is noticeable, I do not have a tracker but I am pretty sure that I am gettig more REM sleep. I’ve been taking reishi every evening mixed with a bit of squash or juice for the past 3 months and I can honestly say I don’t think I could be without it. I grabbed the biohacker stack, loving the effects from these products, I feel fantastic now having experimented with each of them, my personally only 2 complaints would that the chaga is the worse tasting one of all in anything you place it in and that you need something strong to overpower the almost sour alcohol. I feel it would help new and existing buying to give them a guide on when best to consume, and the affects of alcohol on the human body ( vasel constriction and blood flow, although with such low amounts itspractically nil) overall these products are the best in terms of biodiversity, bio absorption and affects/ strength to a ratio of 1:3, overall happy customer.
