SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders (UK only) directly from our site in West Sussex. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24hr service. Fung Shui currently offers FREE shipping on all orders over £95 (subject to change).

We don't currently offer international orders.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. This will be accompanied by regular update emails from Royal Mail so you are aware of your order status at all times!

Didn't get a tracking number?
Sometimes our emails end up in spam in junk folders, so we recommend checking those first. If you still cannot find your tracking details, get in touch with us via our contact form or hello@fungshui.co.uk and we will happily assist.
