be harder to analyse which mushroom is helping with which symptom or improvement needed, but if you’re feeling the benefits, that’s the most important thing.

Don’t worry, the alcohol won't test positive on a test and nor will you feel it’s effects. A daily dose is equal to 2ml, there is approximately 0.5ml of alcohol in one serving. This is the equivalent of drinking 4ml of a standard glass of 12.5%vol glass of wine or just 10ml of a 5%vol beer. This is such a small quantity of alcohol so you would feel no effects of intoxication. Alcohol is used to extract the alcohol soluble compounds so they are bioavailable for the consumer. Without using alcohol in our extraction process, there would only have the water-soluble compounds and not the full spectrum. The alcohol also increases the shelf life.

We suggest keeping your mushroom tinctures in a cool, dark place, out of direct sunlight. A kitchen or bathroom cupboard would do nicely.
